Pre-consultation:

Once your appointment and payment are made, I will email you a form with an overview of all aspects of the system as well as directions for use.

Post-consulation

You should receive your mixed bottle in 2-5 working days. If taken correctly the bottle should last around 3 weeks and  should be taken until the bottle is finished.

You may text me with any questions once you begin taking your remedy. Please allow 12-24 hours for a response but it should be much sooner.

Follow-up consultations are encouraged but not necessary and last about 20 minutes.

Terms and Conditions of Bookings

-If you are unable to make your scheduled booking you may reschedule if you provide at least 24 hours notice beforehand.

-Booking slots for consultations are strictly limited therefore refunds for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time may not be provided.

-Bach Flower Remedies can be safely used in conjunction with medical treatment provided by health professionals but are NOT to replace any medication, treatment or advice provided.

-Guarantees as to the outcome of a Bach Flower Remedy treatment plan are in no way made or inferred.
